CIMA QUALIFIED MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
£30-35k dependent on experience + Benefits
Strengthening a high calibre management team, you will be central to effective financial control as you forecast income and expenditure, monitor cash flows, track business performance, interpret sector trends and facilitate far-reaching decision-making. Above all, we will look to you to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director and General Managers, so you should be a qualified and seasoned Management Accountant, ideally from a manufacturing background and certainly with impressive people management, ICT, analytical and reporting skills.

CEM Fencing currently has the following vacancies:

REGIONAL MANAGERS

£30k + Benefits
Ideally based in or near to Cambs/Herts, Birmingham, Swindon, Reading or London.
You will take charge of one of several new regional Security Fencing offices to be opened under the CEM division in the east, west, south west and south east, with total profit and loss responsibility – so we’re looking for the best.
Managing contracts from inception to handover, you will conduct site surveys, prepare programmes of work, plan labour requirements, specify plant and materials and negotiate with subcontractors, whilst interfacing constantly with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
Chances are you will join us from a self-employed fencing background, and you’ll be ready for all the stability and opportunities a larger business can provide – not to mention the rewards you deserve.

HFS Timber currently has the following vacancies:

Joiner
Due to the expansion of HFS Timber and the acquisition of DJ Cook we have a vacancy for experienced bench joiners. Mostly working from our spacious workshop situated in the centre of Harlestone Firs the ideal candidate should be fully conversant with technical drawings and be able to produce bespoke timber products to a very high standard in both soft and hardwoods. Excellent package available to the right candidate.

Stainless Steel Fabricators/Welders
Required for work on top end architectural balustrades and handrails, must be fully skilled and able to work on own initiative to high standards . Immediate start available excellent rates of pay for the right applicants.

Fabrication/Welders
Required for busy Northampton Workshop based at Harlestone Firs. Must be fully skilled and able to work on own initiative to high standards. Immediate start available, excellent rates of pay for right applicants.

On Site fitter/Welder (gang or individuals)
Required for immediate start. Must be fully skilled and capable of high standards of metalwork including staircases and balustrades, to work in a 100 mile radius. Excellent rates of pay for right applicants.
