Meet our South West & Wales Team

As well as our presence in Northamptonshire, The Wilde Group also have an established team of employees within the South West & Wales region.

Predominantly working with Welsh Water to upgrade existing security perimeter solutions at their water treatment sites we also have good working relationships with main contractors and end users within this region.

Sam Bradbury, Senior Contracts Manager has said:

‘I started work with The Wilde Group back in August 2008 and since that time have seen it evolve an move forward to meet the ever increasing demands in today’s ever changing and economically driven marketplace.

Back in 2008 the country was in the early stages of recession and the company strategy at the time was to invest rather than cut back,  open up regional offices across the UK to be able to offer our customers new and old a company that could look after all of their needs and become a name known locally rather than a national statistic. I was brought on at that time as a regional manager and looked after Wales and the South West and at that time I worked for CEM Fencing which was one of the sub-businesses that operated under The Wilde Group banner.

This was a success and one of our milestones was that we won a coveted framework agreement to supply and install security fencing for Welsh Water. As the company moved forward we began diversifying our skills and brought the sub businesses operating under The Wilde Group together and became known simply as “The Wilde Group”. This has been a great success as we have synchronized all of our different skillsets throughout the company which in turn has enabled us to diversify and offer one stop shop solutions to our customers.

As we continue to grow and evolve we are all focused on the personal part we play in ensuring the company is successful and grows within these challenging times. Values are very important to us and we use these in our daily business – we think about our customers and their needs, we set the pace by offering ideas and solutions to potential problems or issues before they arise, we are all hugely proud of our work and have pride in everything we do, we ensure that all specifications and customer expectations are followed resulting in the high quality expected from us, we respect those around us and take time to accommodate people’s views and opinions and most importantly we drive health and safety to ensure we all get home safely at the end of the day.
